About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform for business. You will work end-to-end on our new Agentic AI Agents, managing the safe release of features to our customer base using conversational AI technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to our new Agentic AI Agents and manage the safe release of features
- →Work across UXD, infrastructure, and machine learning challenges
- →Take sole ownership of projects spanning months, breaking problems into small, deliverable steps
- →Collaborate directly with product managers to ideate and focus on commercial problems
- →Evaluate your own work using our data pipeline and frameworks
- →Consider the long-term direction of the team to stay ahead of future challenges
Requirements
- ✓At least seven years of experience as a software engineer, with at least three on the senior/lead level
- ✓Experience in a high-performing engineering team operating at scale
- ✓Ability to work across the stack, with deep knowledge of server side, Machine Learning, and back end
- ✓Relevant engineering experience for building an enterprise-grade SaaS product delivering AI-powered video generation
- ✓Strong alignment with commercial success
- ✓Previous leadership experience of smaller teams is a plus
