About the Role
Join Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform for business, as a Webflow Developer / Front-End Engineer. You’ll be responsible for building fast, reliable, and high-performing experiences on our marketing site, working across Webflow, front-end code, and supporting tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain pages and components in Webflow (CMS, localization, integrations)
- →Implement custom front-end functionality (JavaScript, animations, interactive widgets, forms, experiments)
- →Support and extend internal SEO and automation tools (currently running on AWS)
- →Work with Lambda functions, APIs, and simple backend services where needed
- →Improve performance, accessibility, and technical SEO
- →Collaborate closely with Design, SEO, Growth, and Engineering teams
- →Ship fast, iterate often, and maintain high quality
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience working with Webflow in a production environment
- ✓Solid fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- ✓Comfortable working outside Webflow when needed (custom JS, embeds, APIs)
- ✓Experience with technical SEO concepts (page speed, structured data, indexing basics)
- ✓Experience with AWS (Lambda, basic infrastructure, scripts, cron jobs)
- ✓Familiarity with Node.js or similar backend runtimes
- ✓Experience building or maintaining SEO tooling, scrapers, generators, or automation
- ✓Knowledge of analytics and tracking setups (GA4, GTM, events)
- ✓Experience working in a product-led or growth-focused environment
