About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Algorithm Developer to join our Analytics & C2 Division at STR. This role involves developing disruptive technologies focused on target tracking and prediction, creating and implementing algorithms, and conducting robust experiments and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and implement algorithms for target tracking and prediction
→Design and conduct robust experiments and analysis
→Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams and interact with customers
→Explore datasets and develop cutting-edge algorithmic techniques
→Solve high-impact, unique problems for our customers

Requirements

✓Hold a PhD (or equivalent experience) in a scientific field such as applied math, physics, electrical engineering, or data science
✓Have significant experience with tracking technologies, specifically with Multiple Hypothesis Tracking (MHT) or related algorithms
✓Have expertise using C++ programming language
✓Ability to perform experiment design, performance modeling and simulation runs, and associated test verification and performance analysis
✓Proficient in systems simulation capabilities, Monte Carlo methods, and data structures
✓Able to communicate technical foundations of models and algorithms
✓Able to work and collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams
✓Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, for which U.S citizenship is needed by the U.S government
