About the Role
We are looking for an Advertising Account Manager to join Taboola's Taiwan team. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor and optimization expert for top agency partners, helping them maximize performance through actionable data insights and seamless campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a strategic advisor and optimization specialist, guiding agency partners to unlock the full potential of Taboola’s Realize platform.
- →Collaborate with agencies to review Realize platform data, identifying performance patterns and expansion opportunities.
- →Guide agencies through Realize solution rollout and fine-tuning, from initial setup to advanced optimizations.
- →Foster long-term agency relationships via regular check-ins, QBRs, and upsell initiatives tied to proven ROI.
- →Lead hands-on training programs on Realize best practices, covering audience targeting and optimization workflows.
- →Create customized resources like optimization guides and success stories to empower agencies.
- →Partner with product teams to collect client feedback and collaborate with sales to resolve client pain points.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
- ✓5+ years of experience in account management or client success, preferably in digital marketing or ad-tech.
- ✓Proven hands-on experience in digital ad optimization with a performance-driven mindset.
- ✓Advanced analytical abilities with strong proficiency in Excel.
- ✓Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- ✓Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- ✓Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
- ✓Positive, collaborative attitude with a focus on teamwork and solution-oriented approach.
