About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Publisher Account Manager to join our SMB Publisher team in the NYC office. This role focuses on optimizing existing relationships with publishers by upselling new initiatives and improving site metrics.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage and grow relationships with publisher clients
→Understand client KPIs and identify upsell opportunities
→Monitor and analyze metrics to proactively improve performance
→Develop strategic planning and forecasting aligned with revenue objectives
→Work closely with Sales & Product teams to become a valuable resource
→Actively participate in a team-oriented culture and assist other internal groups
→Become an expert on revenue optimization for your book of business
→Identify trends through data analysis and market conditions to pinpoint highest value optimizations

Requirements

✓BA/BS required
✓1+ years of professional experience (client-facing in digital media/publisher space preferred)
✓Proven record with upselling and meeting or exceeding quota
✓Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills
✓Strong analytical skills for collecting business intelligence and monitoring trends
✓Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated, and creative
✓High attention to detail and well organized
✓Strong phone, email etiquette, and presentation skills
✓Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
✓Basic familiarity with front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
