About the Role
Taktile is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team building a software platform for automated decision-making. The designer will be responsible for translating complex technical problems into user-friendly solutions and leading design efforts for cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead all design efforts for a cross-functional team
- →Apply design thinking to complex technical problems
- →Conduct user research and competitive analysis
- →Connect business strategies, technologies, and design solutions
- →Validate and iterate on product concepts
- →Collaborate with engineers to ensure effective implementation
- →Contribute to and work with the Design System
- →Create a coherent user experience across Taktile’s products
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably with B2B SaaS, fintech, or complex technical domains
- ✓Proven experience leading design for a product area or cross-functional team
- ✓Strong systems thinking and ability to design complex workflows
- ✓Ability to translate technical and business requirements into user experiences
- ✓Experience driving discovery and shaping problem definitions with Product and Engineering
- ✓Excellent communication skills
