About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to professionalize and scale our entire lending platform & systems. You will be accountable for the delivery performance of the entire tech function, owning the full technology architecture including product roadmap, execution discipline, and operational integration of various lending systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full technology architecture including product roadmap, execution discipline, and operational integration
- →Manage 2 direct reports: a Full-Stack Developer and a Data Analyst
- →Execute LMS configuration and manage the broader roadmap
- →Implement a new Loan Management System (LMS) including full rollout, integration sequencing, data migration integrity, and post-launch stabilization
- →Redesign all lending workflows around the LMS to eliminate redundant manual processes and introduce measurable efficiency benchmarks
- →Manage end-to-end lending processes from a product and systems perspective
- →Maintain a unified roadmap spanning LMS, Field Team App, process automation, reporting, and analytics
- →Own user journeys across all lending-related stakeholders
- →Manage the Field Team App as a lending-aligned product
- →Work with the Data Analyst to refine operational dashboards and improve lending optimization
- →Contribute to the internal loan product committee to align financial product design with system constraints
- →Ensure system control integrity through role-based access controls, user provisioning, and compliance readiness
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Loan Management Systems (LMS) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
- ✓Strong understanding of lending processes and workflows
- ✓Ability to lead end-to-end system implementations
- ✓Experience with data analytics and reporting
- ✓Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
- ✓Strong project management and roadmap planning skills
- ✓Ability to manage direct reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- ✓Experience with financial product design and system configuration
- ✓Understanding of compliance requirements and data privacy standards
