Key Responsibilities

• →Develop, implement, and execute testing plans, methods, and equipment to ensure product reliability and compliance with specifications
• →Plan and coordinate testing schedules, labor, and resources for evaluating standard and specialized devices
• →Conduct functional, regression, and deployment testing while troubleshooting issues and providing recommendations for resolution
• →Consult with development and requirements teams to ensure applications and systems are tested effectively
• →Analyze, diagnose, and evaluate products to identify performance issues and areas for improvement
• →Establish test parameters, specify tests to be performed, and ensure testing procedures align with industry standards
• →Compile test data, document test results, and define necessary changes in testing procedures or manufacturing processes
• →Track and report test metrics, ensuring continuous improvement of testing methodologies
• →Monitor test processes for optimization opportunities, including failure analysis, throughput analysis, and yield analysis
• →Provide technical support to operational strategies aligned within your program and initiatives that optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure quality across all program functions
• →Ensure 100% of planned hours are worked and recorded
• →Identify and forward to your leadership any opportunities that could lead to growth within your work area
• →Participate in growth efforts as requested
• →Ensure all contractual deliverables are met/exceeded to the customer's satisfaction
• →Complete personal PDP and attend Staff Meeting and Storytime (with camera on)
• →Within your program, build productive and positive professional relationships with clients
• →Execute all contract requirements as assigned in accordance with the contract-specific LCAT and requirements
• →Perform other related duties as assigned
