About the Role
Talkiatry is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social to drive new patient acquisition through performance-focused campaigns. This role will optimize and scale paid social programs across Meta, TikTok, and Reddit, working closely with creative and data teams to improve efficiency and inform strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, launch, and optimize direct response paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Reddit
- →Analyze campaign and creative performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- →Execute and support a structured creative testing framework with messaging, formats, and audiences
- →Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to inform paid social strategy based on results
- →Monitor and manage budgets across channels, reallocating spend based on performance
- →Work with Creative to develop data-informed ad concepts that resonate with target audiences
- →Support creator partnership and whitelisting efforts with agencies and platforms
- →Partner with internal and external teams to increase creative velocity
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- ✓2-4 years of B2C growth/performance marketing experience
- ✓2+ years managing and scaling Meta or TikTok with mid-six-figure monthly budgets
- ✓Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- ✓Experience managing creative testing roadmap and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- ✓Proven experience with A/B and incrementality testing in paid social
- ✓Highly organized with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agencies
- ✓Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- ✓Experience prospecting and partnering with creators for content
