Your role The Demand Generation Associate support the execution of Tamara’s merchant acquisition initiatives across KSA and UAE. This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who is curious, proactive, and excited to learn about growth marketing, community partnerships, and content creation in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities • Support the Demand Generation team in testing and launching new growth loops and acquisition programs. • Conduct market research to identify potential community partners and networks that could participate in the different Demand Generation initiatives. • Assist in managing marketing operations including partner communication and coordination with internal teams. • Identify and reach out to potential partners and support the onboarding and relationship management of community partners. • Research and reach out to creators and influencers for potential collaborations. • Create simple short-form video content to support marketing initiatives. • Support the team during video shoot days and content production. • Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement. • Coordinate with internal teams and external marketing agencies to support campaign execution. • Support the planning and execution of on-ground activations, events, and community initiatives, including logistics, coordination, and content capture. Your expertise Experience: • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, growth, partnerships, or a related field. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. • Strong interest in growth marketing, startups, and digital marketing. Skills: • Strong research and communication skills, with confidence reaching out to partners or creators. • Basic familiarity with social media platforms and short-form video creation. Attributes: • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups. • Curious mindset and willingness to experiment with new ideas. • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and external partners.
