About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join Tandem Health, a fast-scaling health-tech company reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. You will help drive and grow our footprint across the DACH region, introducing Tandem’s clinician copilot to providers, partners, and health systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Actively assist in acquiring new customers in the healthcare sector through cold calling, appointment scheduling, product presentations, and closing deals.
- →Represent Tandem Health at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, serving as an ambassador for our mission and solutions.
- →Build and maintain sustainable relationships with physicians, doctors, practice managers, and key decision-makers across the healthcare sector.
- →Strategically plan and implement sales initiatives to effectively penetrate the German healthcare market.
- →Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to incorporate market feedback and continuously enhance the customer experience.
- →Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to track leads and ensure transparent and organized sales management.
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated sales experience, ideally gained in the SaaS, technology, or healthcare sector.
- ✓Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
- ✓A high level of initiative, a structured approach to work, and a passion for embracing challenges in a dynamic environment.
- ✓Native level in German and fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- ✓Passion for improving healthcare delivery through thoughtful, impactful innovation.
