About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Role to join Tandem Health, a fast-scaling health-tech company reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. This role focuses on bringing Tandem Health AI to GP care in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive adoption within contracted care groups and help onboard individual GP practices
- →Map and manage stakeholders, identifying decision makers and influencers
- →Run structured outreach including sequence-based emailing/calling and meeting scheduling
- →Support onboarding coordination to ensure practices are prepared for rollout
- →Maintain a clean pipeline by keeping CRM up to date and reporting on adoption progress
- →Collect feedback from the field to share with the team
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in a commercial role (BDR/SDR/inside sales), ideally within healthtech or SaaS
- ✓Comfortable working with structured outreach and KPIs
- ✓Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels within care groups
- ✓Organised and persistent with the ability to follow up and keep momentum
- ✓Ability to communicate clearly in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- ✓Thrive in a fast-paced environment and love learning by doing
