BUILD SOMETHING MONUMENTAL FOR HEALTHCARE!
At Tandem Health weβre reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.
Weβre a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!
ABOUT THE ROLE
You care about making complex systems actually work, not just in theory, but in practice - across teams, stakeholders, and real-world constraints. In previous roles, you were likely the person who brought clarity to messy situations: aligning engineers, partners, and product teams to get things shipped.
At Tandem, you'll drive how our platform connects with the external systems used across European healthcare - owning and driving some of the most critical technical initiatives we have. A big part of the role is deeply understanding both sides: the capabilities and constraints of external systems, and those of our own platform. From that understanding, you'll find ways to integrate them and shape concrete proposals for how integrations should work, together with external partners.
You move fast, but not carelessly. You know how to break down complex problems, prioritize what matters, and keep momentum across multiple workstreams. You're comfortable going deep technically when needed, understanding APIs, data flows, and system constraints, while still keeping the bigger product picture in mind.
This is a high-impact role where you'll not only deliver projects, but shape how we build and scale technical products at Tandem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead integration work with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations.
- Map external systems against our own platform and propose concrete integration designs to external partners.
- Act as the central point of coordination between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear priorities, plans, and deliverables.
- Work closely with engineers to understand APIs, data models, and system architecture, and ensure solutions are robust and aligned with our platform.
- Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving at high velocity.
- Build and improve how we work - establishing processes, templates, and frameworks for integrations and technical delivery.
- Ensure strong visibility across stakeholders - tracking progress, surfacing risks, and communicating clearly.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a SaaS, platform, or healthtech environment.
- Strong ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives involving both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Technical fluency - comfortable discussing APIs, authentication, integrations, and system design with engineers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing clarity or momentum.
- Strong communication skills, you can translate technical complexity into clear decisions and direction.
- A product mindset - you care about building the right thing, not just delivering on time.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with healthcare systems or regulated environments
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare data standards
- Experience working with platform or API products
- Some hands-on technical experience (e.g. scripting, debugging, light coding)
- Experience scaling integration processes or working with multiple external partners
