Technical Content Writer (SaaS Product – Taskip)

𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆: 2 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka, Dhaka Division 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full time 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: Up to 20k 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀: 5 days per week

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗽: Taskip is an all in one agency management and client portal platform created for freelancers and digital agencies. It brings together CRM, project management, billing, communication, support, and workflow automation into one simple workspace. We are looking for a talented Technical Content Writer to help communicate our product’s value clearly, accurately, and engagingly.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: As a Technical Content Writer at Taskip, you will craft high-quality, clear, and concise technical content for our SaaS platform. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to produce user guides, API documentation, knowledge base articles, tutorials, release notes, and other technical materials. Your work will directly impact how users understand and engage with our product.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀  • Develop, edit, and maintain clear technical documentation for Taskip, including user guides, FAQs, tutorials, and API references  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, accessible content for users with varying levels of expertise.  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer support teams to collect information and ensure documentation accuracy  • Create engaging tutorials, how-to guides, and video scripts to support effective product use.  • Produce onboarding and marketing content that enhances user engagement and product adoption.  • Ensure a consistent voice, tone, and style across all documentation and content formats.  • Gather and incorporate feedback from users and internal teams to improve documentation quality.  • Participate in product testing to identify new documentation requirements.  • Regularly review and update content to reflect product enhancements and new features.
