About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager, Tax Advisor Platform at Taxfix Group to take on a strategic, cross-cutting role within our Product organization. You will be responsible for discovering, designing, and developing an AI-powered Tax Advisor platform that enables internal users and external partners to deliver outstanding tax services to our Assisted customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for the Tax Advisor Platform, thinking AI-first to improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer delight.
- →Build a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors across internal teams, tax advisors, and end customers.
- →Establish structured feedback loops to identify pain points and opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- →Develop a strong understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and regulatory constraints.
- →Balance customer value and enterprise value by making clear trade-offs and prioritization decisions.
- →Drive hypothesis-driven, AI-powered product management and experimentation.
- →Define clear KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and report progress.
- →Build strong relationships and create alignment across key stakeholders to drive successful execution.
- →Enable high-quality delivery end-to-end by leveraging AI throughout the process.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of relevant product management experience, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- ✓Proven hands-on experience building AI-first products, including internal tools or operational products.
- ✓Experience driving AI-powered product development end-to-end in a highly cross-functional environment.
- ✓Strong decision-making skills grounded in qualitative and quantitative insights.
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact.
- ✓Empathy and strong collaboration skills.
- ✓Inclusive, clear communication style.
- ✓Experience in B2B fintech is a plus.
- ✓Fluency in English and German.
