About the Role
We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our team at Taxfix Group. This role focuses on designing and developing robust, scalable data models that power our analytical applications, transforming raw data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build trusted marketing measurement foundations by designing and evolving scalable dimensional models
- →Ship production-grade dbt pipelines with strong engineering hygiene
- →Ensure data reliability through implementation of tests and monitoring
- →Enable self-serve analytics by building and maintaining Looker Explores
- →Own delivery end-to-end from problem scoping to stakeholder adoption
- →Contribute to standards via the Analytics Engineering Guild
- →Use and improve AI-assisted workflows with tools like Claude Code
Requirements
- ✓Advanced SQL and strong dimensional modeling skills
- ✓Hands-on experience with dbt (Cloud or Core)
- ✓Proven ability to design practical monitoring and quality checks
- ✓Experience in a B2C environment with tracking concepts and attribution
- ✓Experience enabling self-serve via a BI tool (ideally Looker)
- ✓Proven experience using LLMs/coding agents in daily engineering work
- ✓Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
