About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Platform Engineer to join Taxfix Group, a company that simplifies tax filing for millions of users across Europe. You will design, build, and operate the infrastructure and pipelines that make data reliable, compliant, and ready for AI.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and maintain ingestion pipelines that capture changes from application databases, APIs, and SaaS tools
→Design data models with proper layering to handle real-world data complexity
→Own and evolve cloud platform infrastructure, managing GCP resources and ensuring scalability
→Implement privacy and compliance controls across data layers
→Prepare data for ML and AI use cases, building governed datasets and feature pipelines
→Operate and improve our orchestration layer for data pipelines
→Define and raise the bar on engineering standards
→Evaluate and adopt new technologies for data management and machine learning
→Incorporate AI into platform services
→Communicate across domains, working with analytics, product, compliance, and engineering teams
→Mentor and grow with the team
