🔹 Position: Customer Support Associate (CSA) 🔹 Process: Aadhaar Backend (Non-Voice) 🔹 Work Mode: Work from Office(Kolkata) 🔹 Employment Type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities ✔ Backend verification of customer documents (UIDAI DQ) ✔ Data validation and quality checks ✔ English to Hindi translation (where required)

Eligibility Criteria ✅ Any Graduate ✅ Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply ✅ Hindi reading is mandatory (for Hindi & Bengali candidates) ✅ English to Hindi translation mandatory ✅ Customer-oriented mindset ✅ Willing to work in rotational shifts ✅ No planned leave for the first 3 months after joining

Shift & Work Details 🕘 Shifts: • 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM • 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

🗓 Working Days: 5 days/week 🔄 Week Off: Rotational ⏰ Work Hours: 9 hours work + 1 hour break 🚕 Cab Facility: Not available

Compensation 💰 CTC: ₹1,60,050 per annum 💵 In-hand Salary: Approx. ₹11,900/month 🌐 Languages Eligible: Bengali / Hindi / English / Assamese / Odia
