About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join TechTorch, a technology consulting firm that combines startup agility with rigorous discipline. This role focuses on hiring outstanding talent to drive AI-powered solutions and measurable value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

→Deliver 4-6 high-quality hires per month across consulting roles
→Manage inbound candidates and proactively build outbound pipelines
→Run structured screening interviews and assess candidate quality
→Coordinate seamless interview processes for candidates and hiring managers
→Drive offers through to acceptance
→Partner with leadership to define hiring strategies and standards
→Build recruitment processes, SLAs, and reporting standards
→Leverage metrics to improve speed, conversion rates, and hiring quality
→Provide market intelligence on talent trends and competitor hiring

Requirements

✓3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the US market
✓Demonstrated ability to deliver 4-6 hires per month, ideally in a high-growth environment
✓Strong outbound sourcing capabilities and comfort engaging passive candidates
✓Proven experience in hiring consulting or management professionals
✓Data-driven and comfortable using metrics to improve recruiting performance
✓Experience using an ATS effectively; familiarity with Ashby is a plus
✓Autonomous, self-driven, and comfortable operating without heavy oversight
✓Strong existing network among consulting professionals
✓Must be authorized to work in the United States
