About the Role

We are looking for a Revenue Semantic Layer Architect to join TEGNA Inc. This role involves leading the integration of CRM and Traffic systems into a unified Revenue Semantic Layer in Snowflake, managing our custom Master Data Application built on Salesforce, and ensuring data remains clean and actionable for the Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage and evolve our proprietary Master Data Application (Salesforce-based)
→Use dbt to model and join complex data sets from Salesforce and Wide Orbit into Snowflake
→Maintain the "Single Source of Truth" for revenue metrics
→Build Tableau Cloud dashboards that track the full sales lifecycle
→Analyze fill rates and sell-through levels to help maximize the value of every spot and impression
→Act as the primary advocate for our Master Data Application, training business users
→Ensure Sales and Finance are aligned on definitions for net vs. gross revenue

Requirements

✓5+ years in revenue analytics or analytics engineering within the media industry
✓Significant experience with Salesforce data structures and Wide Orbit data outputs
✓Advanced SQL (Snowflake) and expert-level dbt skills
✓High proficiency in Tableau Cloud
✓Proven ability to "socialize" data and manage master data hygiene across multiple platforms
