About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong Salesforce Administration skills and hands-on CPQ experience to join our Business Applications team. This role will involve designing, implementing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce solutions that support Sales and Professional Services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ, including product rules, pricing logic, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval processes.
- →Develop custom functionality using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to meet evolving business requirements.
- →Perform Salesforce administrative tasks such as user and license management, permission sets, profiles, page layouts, and report/dashboard development.
- →Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CPQ configuration, quoting logic, flows, and user access.
- →Support integrations with ERP and other third-party applications as part of the broader quote-to-cash ecosystem.
- →Participate in testing, sandbox management, change management, and deployment processes using DevOps tools or change sets.
- →Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Requirements
- ✓3 - 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 1 year with Salesforce CPQ.
- ✓Solid understanding of Salesforce CPQ features such as product bundles, pricing rules, quote templates, subscriptions, renewals, and amendments.
- ✓Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components.
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including user management and automation tools.
- ✓Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- ✓Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps and deployment practices (e.g., SFDX, change sets, Gearset, or Copado) is a plus.
