Key Responsibilities
- →Lead design strategy for complex product areas or multiple features
- →Conduct and synthesize comprehensive user research to inform product direction

- →Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmap planning
- →Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level designers

- →Present to executive stakeholders and advocate for user needs
Requirements
- ✓6-9 years of product design experience
- ✓Demonstrated experience leading complex, ambiguous projects
- ✓Excellence in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
- ✓Proven ability to work with data to inform design decisions
- ✓Strong systems thinking and ability to design at scale
- ✓Experience mentoring and elevating other designers
- ✓Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Portfolio showing significant impact on business metrics
