The Senior Recruiter is an experienced individual contributor responsible for executing full life‑cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions. This role independently manages higher‑complexity positions and collaborates closely with hiring managers across multiple directorates to ensure efficient, high‑quality hiring outcomes. The Senior Recruiter supports talent initiatives through strong execution, market knowledge, and adherence to established recruiting processes and practices.
Key Accountabilities:
• Execute full life‑cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions using established recruiting processes and tools.
• Develop targeted sourcing approaches for competitive or specialized roles, leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide guidance on recruiting process steps, and support candidate evaluation.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure timely requisition closure.
• Manage day‑to‑day recruiting activities, proactively addressing issues that arise during the hiring process.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with established policies, documentation requirements, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate requisition, candidate, and interview data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR systems.
• Utilize recruiting metrics (e.g., pipeline status, time‑to‑fill) to manage workload and improve personal recruiting effectiveness.
• Share best practices and provide informal support to junior recruiters and coordinators, as needed.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a full‑cycle, hands‑on recruiting role required.
• Experience supporting professional, technical, or specialized roles preferred.
• RPO experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systems required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recruiting workflows and deliver timely results.
