About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to join Tenex, an AI-native MDR provider. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Balkans.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- →Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- →Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- →Manage partner relationships and support their portfolio
- →Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- →Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- →Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- →Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
- →Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- →Represent Tenex at industry events and networking opportunities
- →Refine sales strategies based on data insights
- →Travel up to 50% to build client relationships
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, SaaS sales, or enterprise technology sales
- ✓Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- ✓Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and MDR services
- ✓Experience with security solutions such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR
- ✓Familiarity with CRM reporting (SFDC) and marketing tools
- ✓Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- ✓Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- ✓Ability to convey technical concepts to various audiences
- ✓Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, or related field
- ✓Sales certifications such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, or Sandler Training are a plus
