About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our team at Tennr. This role focuses on helping prospective customers understand the business outcomes Tennr can deliver through product demonstrations and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead product demonstrations to prospective clients, crafting tailored narratives to match customer profiles and needs
→Create and own proof of concepts to showcase Tennr’s capabilities and value through ROI assessments
→Work with Product, Product Marketing, and Engineering to create technical assets and maintain an internal knowledge base
→Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, Customer Success, and channel partners to build and close opportunities
→Form trusted advisor relationships with prospects

Requirements

✓3+ years of Solutions Consulting, Tech Consulting, or similar customer-facing roles, preferably with a focus on business SaaS solutions
✓Fundamental understanding of software engineering and system design
✓Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
✓Demonstrated motivation and hustle with a high-energy approach to problem-solving
✓Experience working in an early-stage environment preferred
✓Demonstrated EQ and relationship-building skills
✓Comfortable with 10-20% domestic travel
