Requirements

✓Experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, Docker, and Cloud infrastructure
✓Ability to make 5 engineers as effective as 15 through better tools and patterns
✓Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues
✓Commitment to shipping and simplifying solutions
