Marketing Executive at Terra Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the marketing team in executing, monitoring, and tracking daily marketing activities for healthcare clinics. The ideal candidate will ensure all marketing plans, campaigns, and content activities are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with approved strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• →Monitor daily social media activities (posts and stories) to ensure timely publishing and coverage of all clinic services
• →Track marketing plans and confirm proper execution of all agreed activities
• →Follow up on paid advertising campaigns to ensure they are active and running correctly
• →Monitor influencer and blogger collaborations to ensure content is published as agreed and follows approved guidelines
• →Coordinate with Marketing Account Managers to track task completion and identify any delays or issues
• →Prepare daily and weekly performance and execution reports
• →Ensure alignment between marketing plans and actual implementation
