About the Role
Terra is seeking a Content Manager to lead content across diverse client accounts, owning both strategy and execution. This role requires an experienced content leader who excels at crafting high-quality work and translating marketing and PR goals into compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead client conversations to define goals and present strategic recommendations
- →Own content strategy from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- →Research audiences and industries to inform strategy and writing
- →Write, edit, and refine content across various formats with a focus on clarity and accuracy
- →Take ownership of workstreams, delivering polished work that meets expectations
- →Partner with clients to gather input and incorporate feedback
- →Create toolkits and guidelines for consistent content delivery
- →Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication
- →Collaborate with SEO, design, and development teams for cohesive campaigns
- →Identify opportunities to improve content quality and client collaboration
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience leading client-facing projects and crafting content strategies
- ✓Experience at a creative or digital agency
- ✓Strong communicator with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
- ✓Skilled writer and editor producing high-impact content across formats
- ✓Familiarity with healthcare sector nuances
- ✓Collaborative leader skilled at building relationships with cross-functional teams
- ✓Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong time management skills
- ✓Proficient in SEO research and keyword strategy
- ✓Familiar with UX writing principles and Figma
- ✓Excited to build content that performs on social media through A/B testing
