About the Role
We are looking for a UX/UI Design Lead to join our team and take ownership of the design vision and execution across digital products. This role combines hands-on design skills with leadership experience, driving projects end-to-end while collaborating with product, engineering, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the UX/UI design process for web-based products from ideation to launch
- →Own and facilitate discovery and ideation phases, translating business and user needs into clear design solutions
- →Create and review wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes
- →Ensure smooth design-to-development handoff, working closely with engineers
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- →Lead, mentor, and provide feedback to other designers
- →Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and best practices
- →Communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- →Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- →Proactively report to our internal Project Manager and manage your schedule
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer
- ✓2+ years of experience in a leadership role
- ✓Advanced proficiency in UX and UI design tools (Figma or similar) and Adobe Suite
- ✓Strong English skills, both written and spoken
- ✓Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- ✓Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- ✓Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- ✓Ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones
- ✓Must have consistent U.S. overlap and be available to work until 2pm ET
