About the Role
Tessera Labs is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer to join their team. This role involves working directly with customers to design and implement AI-driven solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead discovery sessions to understand customer system landscapes and requirements
- →Translate complex business processes into technical architectures using multi-agent AI and LLMs
- →Build, review, and debug code for AI-driven workflows and integrations
- →Deploy and configure Tessera’s AI agents in enterprise environments
- →Serve as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding and implementation
- →Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical consulting
- ✓Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as Forward-Deployed Engineer
- ✓Experience with enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and Snowflake
- ✓Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript
- ✓Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Willingness to travel to customer sites within the U.S.
