-Location: Block 3, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi -Time: 07:00 pm to 04:00 am -Excellent English speaking and writing skills required.

Job Description: -We are looking for an Outreach & Cold Email Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience using email marketing and cold outreach tools. This role involves creating and managing outbound email campaigns, building lead lists, and optimizing performance to generate qualified conversations and leads.

Key Responsibilities: -Create and manage cold email outreach campaigns. -Write and optimize email sequences, subject lines, and messaging. -Build and segment prospect lists using tools like Apollo, Clearbit, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. -Use outreach tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake, Customer IO, GHL or Woodpecker. -Monitor deliverability, open rates, reply rates, and overall campaign performance. -Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on data. -Maintain sender reputation and domain health.

Requirements: -Proven hands-on experience with cold email outreach tools. -Strong copywriting and communication skills. -Understanding of email deliverability best practices. -Ability to analyze performance metrics and improve results. -Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
