About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join a fast-scaling European tech company that redefines modern technology experiences. This role focuses on creating high-performing visuals across multiple touchpoints to drive growth and maintain visual consistency.

Key Responsibilities

→Design high-impact assets across ads, landing pages, campaigns, and sales materials that drive measurable results
→Own and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring it’s distinctive, cohesive, and future-ready across all markets
→Collaborate with marketing, sales, and employer branding teams to align visuals with strategic goals
→Translate brand strategy and data insights into creative visuals that engage and convert audiences
→Create visually compelling materials for internal events, investor decks, and product presentations
→Stay ahead of creative and digital trends to continuously elevate design quality

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within fast-paced brands or tech startups
✓Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial design that drives performance
✓Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
✓Strategic mindset with the ability to connect design execution to broader marketing goals
✓Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple priorities
✓Strong collaborator who can communicate effectively with marketers and leadership
✓Data-driven creative who balances aesthetic excellence with conversion-focused design
✓Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
