About the Role
You will work with a fast-growing, mission-driven SaaS company that is preparing to bring a new product to market using a Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping shape the technical future of a high-potential product.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, mentor, and coach a distributed engineering team of 8 developers
- →Architect, design, and build scalable SaaS applications using C#/.NET
- →Drive agile development practices, including sprint planning and code reviews
- →Own and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases
- →Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders
- →Represent the engineering function in cross-functional discussions
- →Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and scalability
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of professional software development experience with C#/.NET
- ✓2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or player/coach role
- ✓Proven experience leading remote and outsourced engineering teams
- ✓Solid understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud-based systems
- ✓Strong communication skills to align technical execution with business goals
- ✓Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies
- ✓Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on coding work
