About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Web Developer to join a fast-growing legal services company that is modernizing litigation team workflows through technology. This role requires a marketer with strong technical skills who will own the technical execution of marketing web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain landing pages, campaign microsites, and marketing web experiences using HubSpot CMS and Webflow
- →Customize CMS templates and modules using HubL, HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript
- →Translate marketing concepts and design mockups into high-performing web pages
- →Partner with demand generation, content, and design teams to support campaign launches
- →Support marketing website rebuilds and content hub initiatives
- →Maintain Google Tag Manager implementations across marketing web properties
- →Ensure accurate setup of Google Analytics and HubSpot analytics
- →Support marketing technology integrations including form tools, CRM connections, and API-based integrations
- →Manage cookie consent and tracking compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- →Assist with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives
- →Build and maintain simple marketing dashboards connecting web activity to business outcomes
- →Own the organization and upkeep of marketing web assets
- →Execute ongoing website updates, content refreshes, and performance improvements
- →Identify opportunities to improve page speed, usability, and conversion rates
- →Troubleshoot front-end and tracking issues quickly
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of experience working on marketing websites and campaign assets
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS (required), including templates, modules, HubL, HTML, and CSS
- ✓Experience building marketing pages in Webflow
- ✓Practical experience with Google Tag Manager, analytics tagging, and marketing performance tracking
- ✓Solid understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment
- ✓Strong attention to detail and ability to execute designs accurately
- ✓Ability to present a portfolio of marketing landing pages, microsites, or campaign web experiences
