About the Role
The TKWW InfoSec Team is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to lead strategic security initiatives, mentor team members, and address complex security challenges. You will act as a subject-matter expert, influencing architectural decisions and setting the long-term vision for security at TKWW.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of security controls across all TKWW environments.
- →Mentor junior security engineers and provide technical guidance on complex security issues.
- →Architect and implement secure, scalable containerized architectures in multi-cloud environments.
- →Collaborate with engineering leads to define product roadmaps with integrated security requirements.
- →Improve threat detection, application security, and vulnerability management procedures.
- →Act as a Subject Matter Expert for critical security domains.
- →Lead response and post-mortem analysis for high-severity security incidents.
- →Implement strategic opportunities to improve process maturity and automation.
- →Provide technical support and escalation management for security-related issues.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
- ✓5+ years of security engineering or architecture experience in large-scale environments.
- ✓5+ years of hands-on experience securing cloud applications and infrastructure (AWS preferred).
- ✓Track record of leading or mentoring cross-functional projects.
- ✓Deep understanding of security vulnerabilities and automated remediation methods.
- ✓Expert-level knowledge of public cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Akamai).
- ✓Expert-level understanding of Docker and Kubernetes with experience securing EKS/GKE clusters.
- ✓Experience with advanced application security concepts and microservice architectures.
- ✓Experience with security tooling (WAF, Bot Management).
- ✓Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ✓Ability to operate with high autonomy and drive projects to completion.
