About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our team at The Knot Worldwide. This role focuses on guiding couples through their booking and elopement process, ensuring a personalized and attentive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Make a high volume of sales calls on a daily basis (inbound leads only)
- →Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and unit quotas
- →Successfully manage a sales pipeline from start to finish
- →Communicate clearly with in-bound leads via phone, email, and text messages
- →Work towards KPIs for SQL and customer conversion rates
- →Answer all lead correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- →Soft sell to in-bound leads
- →Be a team-player and help out in times of high volume
- →Learn new systems and technologies
- →Represent Simply Eloped and The Knot Worldwide
- →Build and maintain strong rapport with potential clients
- →Be persistent in following up with potential clients to close sales
- →Educate potential clients on the value of Simply Eloped
- →Work closely with Marketing and Product Teams
Requirements
- ✓1-2 years sales experience (preferably in B2C)
- ✓Past experience in high-volume online/digital sales
- ✓Ability to work in a remote environment and self-manage
- ✓Flexibility with scheduling, including potential weekend work
- ✓Attention to detail
- ✓Comfort with learning new technologies
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Accurately type and respond to customers while on the phone
- ✓Comfortable handling difficult clients or situations
- ✓Ability to work independently
- ✓Excellent computer skills (Hubspot, G Suite, etc.)
