Key Responsibilities
- →Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to identify growth opportunities
- →Deliver agreed sales targets through new business development
- →Partner with the Marketing team to create an annual media plan
- →Build internal relationships across business units to support sales
- →Prepare and analyze sales reports to develop strategies
- →Develop and manage mid to long term strategies for client relationships
- →Drive marketing and rollout strategy for new product introductions
- →Develop strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- →Create compelling client presentations and proposals
- →Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure the right portfolio is available
- →Identify and manage mutually beneficial client partnerships
- →Mentor and coach team members to achieve sales goals
- →Represent the Nielsen brand within the industry
Requirements
- ✓Experience in commercial account management or sales
- ✓Strong understanding of audience measurement solutions
- ✓Ability to develop strategic client relationships
- ✓Experience with sales reporting and pipeline management
- ✓Knowledge of media solutions and product portfolios
- ✓Leadership and mentorship experience
- ✓Ability to collaborate across internal teams
- ✓Understanding of local market dynamics in Malaysia
