About the Role
We are seeking an HR Business Partner for a maternity cover contract from around April 2026 to July 2027. This role will provide strategic HR support to leaders in Greece, focusing on labor law compliance, workforce planning, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Advise leaders on HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives
- →Act as the primary point of contact for Greek & Cyprus labor authorities
- →Manage the end-to-end process of the PS ERGANI II system for compliance
- →Serve as the primary HR interlocutor for the Local Works Council
- →Partner with business leaders to implement local HR strategies
- →Oversee administration of local benefit programs
- →Coordinate with external payroll provider for accurate reporting
- →Ensure compliance with local Occupational Health and Safety regulations
Requirements
- ✓In-depth knowledge of Greece and Cyprus labor law
- ✓Experience with ERGANI II system and labor compliance
- ✓Strong relationship management skills
- ✓Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- ✓Experience providing informal guidance to colleagues
- ✓Understanding of local employment customs in Greece and Cyprus
