About the Role
We are seeking a Process Improvement Lead to oversee and optimize development processes across engineering and product teams. This role involves governance of growth initiatives, risk management, and performance dashboard creation to ensure alignment with project targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead governance of growth initiatives with comprehensive weekly updates on progress
- →Identify and communicate risks across engineering and product teams, creating alerts and detailed risk mitigation strategies
- →Build and maintain advanced performance dashboards using JIRA and other analytics tools like Tableau
- →Utilize data insights to drive process improvements and present actionable recommendations
- →Act as an advisor to Product Managers and Scrum Masters on technical process alignment
- →Continuously evaluate and refine PDLC processes and tools
- →Partner with engineering to establish and monitor critical quality metrics
- →Oversee integration testing and provide final quality signoffs before production check-ins
- →Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
- →Collaborate with engineering leads to refine CI/CD processes
Requirements
- ✓Experience with JIRA, Tableau, and PDLC standards
- ✓Strong understanding of RACI guidelines and Agile methodologies
- ✓Ability to build and maintain performance dashboards
- ✓Experience with CI/CD processes and quality metrics
- ✓Technical background with process improvement focus
