About the Role

We are looking for a Business Developer to join Theodo's AI Modernisation practice. This role focuses on driving commercial success through client acquisition and relationship management in the digital transformation space.

Key Responsibilities

→Identify, qualify and develop commercial opportunities focused on legacy system modernization
→Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
→Lead complex sales cycles and interact with decision-makers at C-level, digital directors, CTOs, and DSI
→Generate new leads through networking, pitches, events, and other prospecting channels
→Serve as the primary client contact, building and maintaining trust with key decision-makers
→Identify strategic challenges (scalability, performance, security, costs) to make tailored proposals
→Manage sales documentation and ensure timely invoice payments
→Ensure client satisfaction through alignment between commercial promises and delivery
→Maintain continuity of client relations with project teams
→Contribute to the structuring of the AI Modernisation sales team
→Create sales materials and improve processes
→Develop tools to enhance the sales workflow
