About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and develop 1 to 4 Tech Leads, supporting their skill progression and professional growth
- →Ensure technical delivery quality by maintaining code stability, security, and speed
- →Guarantee project milestones are met and architectural robustness
- →Participate in strategic discussions with clients and contribute to pre-sales activities
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience (at least 8 years) in technical team management
- ✓Ability to resolve complex technical challenges with Tech Leads
- ✓Experience leading demanding and high-performing teams
- ✓Excellent leadership and client relationship skills
- ✓Strong desire for progression and curiosity in Lean management
