Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and develop 1-4 Tech Leads, supporting their skill growth and professional development
- →Ensure technical delivery quality through code stability, security, and speed
- →Meet project milestones and maintain robust system architecture
- →Contribute to business development by participating in strategic client discussions
- →Act as a key player in pre-sales activities with our sales team
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience (minimum 8 years) in technical team management
- ✓Ability to resolve complex technical challenges for Tech Leads
- ✓Experience leading demanding, high-performing teams
- ✓Strong leadership and client relationship skills
- ✓Strong desire for personal growth and curiosity about Lean management
