About the Role
We are looking for an Engineer Manager to join Theodo FinTech, a specialized entity within Theodo Group focused on FinTech solutions. This role combines technical leadership with team management, driving successful project outcomes for innovative financial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure project success for FinTech clients through technical quality and scalable architecture
- →Manage teams of tech leads and developers on assigned projects
- →Guide career development for 5 to 15 engineers
- →Explore and implement new ways of working with AI and agent-based technologies
- →Integrate APIs from various B2B FinTech platforms
Requirements
- ✓7-14 years of professional experience
- ✓Proven experience in managing technical teams
- ✓Experience in service industry (ESN or consulting)
- ✓Strong understanding of dominant FinTech technologies (Nest.js and/or React.js)
- ✓Ability to design scalable architectures
- ✓Interest in generative AI for digital product development
- ✓Leadership and teaching skills to engage teams and explain concepts to clients
- ✓Problem-solving abilities for complex issues and organizational change
- ✓Business sense to translate needs into technical solutions
