About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Theodo. This role focuses on maximizing product value by prioritizing and delivering high-quality features that enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prioritize and deliver features with high added value, respecting milestones and commitments to clients.
- →Demonstrate value and progress by making work visible and facilitating client decisions through review decks and daily reports.
- →Understand client preferences and organize quick, appropriate responses to problems using value models, client questionnaires, and problem-solving tools.
- →Lead daily delivery by applying Lean methodology, including backlog management, clear user story writing, and sprint planning.
- →Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, facilitate their decisions, and co-create solutions.
- →Translate product challenges into clear requirements for the technical team, supported by usage analysis, environmental studies, and benchmarks.
- →Help the team meet commitments by anticipating risks, resolving problems, and contributing to continuous improvement routines.
Requirements
- ✓Graduate from a top engineering school with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in consulting or a client-facing context.
- ✓Strong interest in designing products with significant business impact, with a tech affinity and good subject knowledge.
- ✓Excellent relational skills: comfortable with clients, able to adopt the right posture, and build trust.
- ✓Client-first mindset: available, responsive, attentive, capable of prioritizing the client, integrating feedback, and anticipating needs.
- ✓Strong desire to learn and progress, able to challenge the team, seek help, and accept challenges.
