About the Role
We are looking for an Ops / SRE Build professional to join our team at Theodo GovTech. This role involves designing and building infrastructure in constrained environments, including on-premise and private cloud settings, to support public sector digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design infrastructure architectures for constrained contexts (security, sovereignty, performance)
- →Build and deploy infrastructure from scratch or during refactoring
- →Promote DevOps practices within agile teams (rituals, framework, documentation)
- →Challenge technical choices to optimize costs, performance, and maintainability
- →Analyze defects and incidents to strengthen system robustness
- →Explain, document, and clarify complex technical decisions
- →Train the team in DevOps best practices on the job
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5 years of SRE experience in on-premise or private cloud environments
- ✓Excellent mastery of complex DevOps and web concepts
- ✓Strong foundation in containerization and orchestration
- ✓Solid skills in networking and Linux systems
- ✓Ability to design and explain clear architectures
