We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team at Theodo. This role focuses on designing and developing digital products that are useful, performant, and sustainable to address client and user challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand client problems and respond with high-performance, maintainable products, working across the entire production cycle from conception to deployment
- →Produce quality code on time, integrating tests, refactoring, and team technical standards
- →Conduct technical investigations, debug effectively, and correct defects permanently
- →Analyze code problems deeply to develop problem-solving skills
- →Work with LLMs to accelerate development
Requirements
- ✓Graduate from a top engineering school
- ✓Experience working in teams and interacting with diverse profiles and professions
- ✓Value creation orientation: interest in client business beyond just technology
- ✓Advocate for AI, particularly on GenAI topics
- ✓High standards for work quality and ability to question or interrupt production processes
- ✓Structured work approach with natural application of organization and continuous improvement principles
