About the Role
We are looking for an Experience Designer to help shape the future of our cross-channel customer experience and brand portfolio. This role involves owning complex problems and defining experience strategies that deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and drive the experience vision for key products and services, aligning customer needs with business strategy.
- →Lead end-to-end experience design for complex product and service areas, taking ownership from discovery through delivery and in-market performance.
- →Partner with Product and Tech leads to embed experience principles into strategy, design, and development.
- →Map service ecosystems and align omnichannel touchpoints to customer and operational goals.
- →Use research, behavioural data, and in-market insights to shape, iterate, and optimise experience strategy.
- →Champion accessibility, consistency, and ethical design practices across the portfolio.
- →Evolve our multi-brand design system and experience frameworks to enable scalable, coherent design across teams.
- →Drive the maturity of the design practice by evolving team methods and frameworks, while coaching and mentoring Experience Designers to support their development, performance, and progression.
