About the Role
We are seeking a Treasury Manager to join our team, reporting to the Director of Treasury and ESG. This role involves managing all operational aspects of the group treasury function and serving as the primary contact for treasury, cash, and bank operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prepare the Group’s daily cash position and manage bank balances in multiple currencies
- →Handle borrowing and depositing funds in multiple currencies at competitive rates
- →Liaise with subsidiaries regarding their cash forecasts and balances
- →Arrange large value payments via CHAPS and international payment systems
- →Manage the opening and closure of Group bank accounts
- →Sell and purchase multiple foreign currencies (spot, forwards, FX swaps)
- →Manage overseas currency bank accounts
- →Oversee treasury systems management including Wallstreet Entry and Finastra Fusion CMS
- →Handle back office treasury tasks such as dealing with banks for trade matching information
- →Complete the Treasury input into the Group budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning process
- →Prepare and analyze monthly treasury, net debt, interest, and Guoco Treasury reporting
- →Log drawdown notices, review interest calculations, and chase interest rates
- →Manage interim and year-end treasury reporting
- →Calculate and prepare debt facility compliance requirements
- →Perform Group level cash reconciliation and reports for audit
- →Manage intercompany documents and loan agreements
- →Calculate and issue annual intercompany interest rates
Requirements
- ✓Strong background in cash management and foreign exchange
- ✓Experience with treasury management systems
- ✓Ability to manage multiple currencies and international payment systems
- ✓Excellent communication and liaison skills with subsidiaries and banks
- ✓Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- ✓Knowledge of debt facility compliance requirements
- ✓Experience with intercompany financial management
