About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing SaaS Account Executive to join our team at WFS Group, a high-performance RevOps agency that helps clients scale faster through done-for-you sales services. This role focuses on guiding prospects through the sales process for transformative SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Master the SaaS products by engaging with training resources and product demos
- →Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming content in the sales training center
- →Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives and strategize around the pipeline
- →Use the WFS proprietary sales framework to lead discovery calls and deliver compelling product demonstrations
- →Build trust with prospects through consultative dialogue, aligning product benefits with their business objectives
- →Utilize WFS sales material and tools to deliver persuasive sales presentations via Zoom
- →Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets
- →Adhere to CRM best practices to track and manage sales activities
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process
Requirements
- ✓At least 2 years of experience in SaaS sales or a consultative sales process
- ✓Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- ✓Effective communication and presentation skills
- ✓Self-starter with a strong drive for success
- ✓Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- ✓Excellent people skills with the ability to create rapport
- ✓Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
