About the Role
You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, accurate, and professional customer experience from order entry through delivery and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- →Process customer orders with accuracy and urgency
- →Coordinate shipping, tracking, returns, and rebates
- →Manage shared inboxes and handle inbound and outbound calls
- →Process credit card transactions responsibly
- →Maintain accurate and timely records in HubSpot CRM
- →Partner closely with Grower Relations, Technical, and Field teams
- →Build strong relationships with distributor representatives and logistics partners
- →Follow established processes that ensure consistency and excellence
- →This role reports to the Customer Experience Manager and is based in our Fresno office.
